The Story Behind Natural Body Wisdom
Phyllis Guy is a mind body nutrition coach, personal trainer and graduate of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is also a level 1 Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.
A bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in accounting, she is passionate about getting people healthy and helping come up with ways to help them reconnect to who they really are.
