– What will happen during the 6 weeks?

4 parts

  1. The 1st 2 weeks you will learn how to get off the processed food and sugar cravings roller coaster with a sugar detox. This includes how to stock and prepare your kitchen. Meal plans and recipes to support your journey.

This part of the class requires a book with all the delicious meal plans and recipes you could ask for to get you started off right. I choose to use Diane Sanfilippo’s book “The 21 Day Sugar Detox Guidebook” because her meal plans are easy to follow and her recipes are the most delicious I’ve experienced.   1. The next 2 weeks you will learn the ins and outs of a QUALITY low carb higher fat (LCHF) diet. Yes a keto diet, or low carb. They are different and I’ll explain why in the class.

Yes, quality matters when it comes to the keto diet.  You can’t just eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per day and call it a keto diet. That is certainly not sustainable and isn’t healthy. You will learn how to do keto/low carb right so you don’t experience the headaches, brain fog, lethargy, etc. that other folks on the internet have been complaining about. You will learn how to do it the right way, right from the start.

  1. The 5th week is the best…you will experience a week of fasting by choosing 1 of several variations.

You will learn the different variations of fasting and choose one that you feel will stretch your limits, but not send you over the edge.  Everything from the Fasting Mimicking diet to a 5-day water fast. We cover it all, then you choose what works best for you.

  1. The 6th week is all about going forward and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle of the keto diet and fasting.

You will learn what it looks like going forward in your own life and how this new lifestyle fits in. Honestly, a keto diet is not good to keep doing long-term. You can also fast too much. We’ll learn how to cycle your carbs and your fasting so that your body does NOT slow down your metabolism. You can actually rev it up!

Throughout the 6 week class,  you will learn how best to nurture your body, your brain, your spirit.

We address mindset, habits, emotions and blocks to your food freedom.

You will be able to keep the weight off for good this time, getting your inner mind aligned with your outer body.

Together, we discover the vision of the healthier, more confident you.

-What does the class look like?

We will meet once a week for 6 weeks at 6:30 pm Mtn time for 1 hour. The 1st class starts Thursday September 16, 2021. The classes are held virtually on Zoom. I will send you the link a day ahead of the class.

Please make sure you are committed to being present at each class with your camera on and willing to participate in each class. The more you are involved, the more you will get from the class. This makes it more fun for everyone when more people are involved.

I’ve been where you are. If you were to coach with me individually, I would ask you to invest $175 per session. That would mean $1,050 for the 6 weeks.  I’ve seen 6 week nutrition programs go for much more than that… sometimes double or triple that amount.
